GlobalLink Web Overview

You can use GlobalLink Web either in a browser or with the desktop app. The GlobalLink Web desktop app can be downloaded from the User dropdown menu in the top right corner of your web dashboard.

You can manage your project from either the browser or the app, but there are two key distinctions to note:

1: Subscription management is only available via the browser.

2: GlobalLink Web Studio is only available in the desktop app. Studio is a powerful in-context editing suite that allows your team to review and edit the default machine translations, adjust formatting on your translated pages, and apply other necessary customizations directly in the context of your translated website.

Throughout this Knowledge Base, you can find in-depth guides on GlobalLink Web and how to use the powerful features available to your team. At a high level, the left-hand menu on GlobalLink Web covers the main pages related to your project:

• Dashboard: A high-level glimpse of your project, including analytics and notifications.
• Translations: Where you can manage everything related to your translations for each language.
• Metrics: Where you can find traffic and usage reports related to your project.
• Project Settings: Manage your project configuration and other critical settings.

You can manage your account, subscription and users from your Avatar dropdown menu in the top right corner.
