BigCommerce Implementation Guide

Let’s integrate GlobalLink Web with your BigCommerce site. This guide will help you get started. Here are the things you’ll need before you get started:

  1. A GlobalLink Web account (Don’t have one? Click here!)
  2. A paid BigCommerce subscription.

Click here to log in to the BigCommerce dashboard.

Click on "Storefront" in the left-side navigation bar.

Select "Themes" and then click on the "Advanced" option and select "Make a Copy".

Fill out the "Theme Name", for example, GL Web, and click "Save a Copy".

Once complete, scroll to the new theme, click the three-dot hamburger button, and select "Edit Theme Files".

Once you are on the "Edit Theme Files" page, select "Templates", then "layout", and then "base.html".

Click here to log in to your GlobalLink Web project. Under Project Settings, go to your Installation page and copy your snippet of JavaScript from the Injection card at the bottom of the page.

Find the "<head>" of the HTML and paste the copied snippet below. Remember to click "Save File".
