Salesforce Community Builder Implementation Guide

Let’s integrate GlobalLink GO with your Salesforce Community Builder site. This guide will help you get started. Here are the things you’ll need before you get started:

1. A GlobalLink GO account (Don’t have one? Click here!)

  1. A paid Salesforce Community Builder account.

Click here to log in to the Salesforce Community Builder page to get started.

First, you will need to add the GLGO snippet of code. Click on the configuration wheel for “Settings”, select the “Advanced” tab, and click “Edit Head Markup”.

Click here to log in to your GLGO project. From settings, click "Snippet" and copy your snippet of JS.

Paste the snippet of code into the "Head Markup".

Remember to click "Save".

Second, GLGO will need to be added as a trusted site. Click on “Experience Builder” from the profile dropdown.

To add a trusted site, click on “Settings” and then “Security & Privacy”

Select “Add Trusted Site”

Fill out the “Trusted Site” form:

“Trusted Site Name” enter a name to recognize this trusted site, such as GlobalLinkGO.

“Trusted Site URL” MUST be: https://www.onelink-edge.com

“Note” add any description.

The “Active” box MUST be marked checked.

And then remember to click “Add Site”.
